The Student Card is the pass to access the restaurant service. Students enrolled at the University of Trento, the ISIT, the Trentino Art Academy and the Trento Conservatory can collect the Student Card, which is essential in order to consume the meals in the canteens and in the affiliated rooms, by going PERSONALLY at the following times: from Monday to Friday - from 9 to 12 and Tuesday and Thursday from 14 to 16 - at:

It will be possible to access the counters only by appointment through the Opera4U app, the new system for regulating access to Opera structures.Opera4U is a double job, on the one hand, a web app accessible from a PC, tablet or smartphone at https://opera4u.operaunitn.cloud/ already available online for all students, even if they do not have a smartphone, on the other hand, it is a mobile app, native to all Apple and Android smartphones, available from 14 September, which will allow access to Opera Universitaria services in an even smarter way.

In order to issue the student card, the person concerned must be registered and have with himself the identity document.

The Card is an electronic pass: the charge of the card must be done at the cash desks of the T. Gar, Mesiano and Povo 1 canteen and the minimum amount is € 10.00. By downloading the Student Card widget you can keep track of your last steps in the canteens and your credit:

• enter MyUnitn and click on the wrench at the top right
• search for the CANTEEN CARD widget
• click on install and then close the window

Access to the university canteens is reserved for those who use the self-service catering service; it is therefore forbidden to use the university canteens to eat meals not provided by the canteens themselves. The student is responsible for the residual credit on his card. In case of loss, Opera Universitaria is not liable for any improper use of the Card by other students. At the time of the duplicate request, Opera Universitaria checks the remaining credit on the lost card, which will be immediately reloaded on the new card. Any remaining credit will NOT be refunded after graduation or the interruption of any degree of a university career.

• The use of the meal is reserved for holders of the student card or persons previously authorized by the Opera Universitaria.
• The seats are reserved for those who have paid for the meal and have the right to eat it: it is therefore not allowed for those who are still waiting to deposit backpacks or bags to occupy the seats.

Rules to access to the University canteens and bars

• The seats are reserved for those who have paid for the meal and have the right to eat it: it is therefore not allowed for those who are still waiting to deposit backpacks or bags to occupy the seats.

The bicycle rental service is reserved for Opera Universitaria guests. It is possible to borrow a bicycle free of charge for the period of time that you are using the accommodation.
The bicycle borrowed free of charge must be returned in perfect condition by the borrower, who, in the event of loss or damage, must reimburse the cost of repair or the full value of the bicycle, which is € 140.00. Maintenance is the responsibility of the user. If the bicycle is stolen, a report must be made (to the Police Headquarters, the Carabinieri or the Trento Municipal Police) and the full value of the bicycle (€ 140.00) must be refunded.
If the bicycle is found in good condition, Opera Universitaria will refund the amount paid. The user will be held directly responsible for any damage to the bike or to third parties caused by improper use of the bike.
