All registered and unregistered trademarks of products or services, logos, banners, headers, sections, domains, and any other distinctive mark that appears on this site are the property of Opera Universitaria di Trento (hereinafter referred to as Opera). All rights reserved. They may be used exclusively with the prior written consent of the owner.
Any action reserved to the rights holder by national and international laws on trademarks and distinctive signs, carried out without their authorization, will be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

Hyperlink Policy

Hyperlinking to this site is subject to the prior authorization of Opera, which authorizes hyperlinking under the conditions and clarifications set out below.

1. Any party intending to insert the hyperlink of this website into their own web pages must give prior notice to Opera by sending an email to operauniversitaria@pec.operauni.tn.it, indicating: their name or company name, their residence or headquarters, an email address, the web address of the site where the hyperlink is to be inserted, and the contents and purposes of the site. All changes that involve the following must also be communicated to  operauniversitaria@pec.operauni.tn.it: the elimination of the link, a structural modification of the substantial content and purposes of the site, or a structural modification of the substantial content and purposes of the page where the link was authorized.

2. Hyperlinking to the Opera portal is authorized under the following conditions:

• The hyperlink must be created in a way that the connection is direct and from the homepage only.
• No trademark, distinctive mark, protected name, or logo of Opera may be used in the hyperlink indication, except for those authorized by Opera with written consent.
• The hyperlink must not, under any circumstances, create confusion, even for the most inexperienced user, regarding the ownership of either the site containing the hyperlink or the Opera portal.
• If a contractual relationship exists between the party creating the hyperlink and Opera, that party must comply with all provisions contained in the contract.

3. The above conditions must be met both at the time the hyperlink is inserted and, subsequently, at all times.

4. In fulfilling the above obligations, the owner of the site creating the hyperlink must act with the utmost diligence.

5. Deep linking, framing, and scraping practices are forbidden in all cases.

6. In any case, the creation of a hyperlink to the Opera portal constitutes full acceptance of these rules. Opera reserves the right to revoke this authorization at any time; it is the user's responsibility to periodically check this notice.

Portal Use

Under no circumstances can Opera be held responsible for damages of any nature, caused directly or indirectly, by the inability or impossibility of accessing it. Opera reserves the right to modify the contents of the site and the legal notice at any time and without prior notice; it is the user's responsibility to periodically check the legal notice.

External Linked Sites

Opera has no responsibility for the sites that can be accessed via hyperlinks placed within the portal, which are provided as a simple service to web users. The fact that Opera provides this type of link does not imply approval of the sites themselves, and Opera disclaims all responsibility for their quality, content, and graphics. Opera is not responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information obtained by the user through access to external sites linked to its portal. Opera does not offer any assurance regarding any software present on its portal or on external sites and cannot guarantee its quality, safety, and compatibility with the systems in use.
