Check-in

The Housing Office confirms the reservation and the start date of the accommodation assignment to guests.
Check-in instructions:

• Present yourself on the first day of the assignment with a valid ID at the Desk in via della Malpensada 140 – Trento, to sign the assignment report
• Collect the keys to the accommodation at the OU Desk or directly at the Reception in case of assignment in a collective facility

To access the desk, it is necessary to book an appointment through the Opera4U app.
In case of arrival outside desk hours, it is necessary to notify the Housing Office to arrange access to the facilities.

Check-out

The expiration date of the accommodation spot is specified in the assignment report. Departure from the accommodation must take place by 10:00 AM on the day following the end of the assignment.

Any guest belongings found or left in the room following check-out will be disposed of by Opera staff.

Check-out instructions:

• Return the accommodation in optimal condition, allowing for normal wear and tear, free of personal belongings, clean and tidy
• Clear the kitchen and refrigerator of food items, dishes, and utensils, and correctly dispose of any waste
• Complete and deliver the Security Deposit refund form to the Opera Universitaria Desk
• Return badge/keys, blanket, mattress cover and bedspread, pillow, sheets, and towels:

In collective residences, at the relevant reception desk.

In external apartments, at the Opera Universitaria Desk (during desk hours) or at the reception of the student residence in via Malpensada 140 (also outside desk hours).

• Return the Opera Universitaria bicycle by the date indicated on the delivery report of the Bicycle Loan Service, at the Opera Universitaria desk during opening hours
• For mail, communicate your change of address using the “Seguimi” service by Poste Italiane, to prevent your correspondence from being returned to the sender.
