Fault reporting

How to report faults or malfunctions of electrical and plumbing equipment, as well as other equipment located in Opera Universitaria buildings:

For ABC blocks, Mayer, Santa Margherita residence and apartments, send an email to segnalaguasto@operauni.tn.it.

For EF blocks, send an email to studentatofcs@operauni.tn.it

Reports will be handled directly by the “Area Patrimonio”, which will intervene within a timeframe suitable to the identified level of urgency

IMPORTANT. IN THE EVENT OF BREAKDOWN OR EMERGENCY DURING WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS, OR IF YOU NEED IMMEDIATE INTERVENTION FROM STAFF, PLEASE CONTACT THE FOLLOWING RECEPTION OFFICES:
