The Mediation Office provides ongoing support to guests throughout their stay, in order to create a relaxed atmosphere and peaceful social life in the facilities. The service is based on the principles of inclusion and tolerance, understanding of different models and lifestyles.
Residents of the Opera Universitaria facilities can contact the Mediation Service at any time: mediators will help them with their daily problems, resolve conflicts, provide them with the information they need or direct them to the relevant offices/agencies.
The Mediation Service is in charge of introducing the residents to and providing them with the correct information about community life, the management of the residences and the common good, rubbish collection and the various services offered by the Opera Universitaria.

How to report faults or malfunctions of electrical and plumbing equipment as well as equipment located in Opera Universitaria facilities:
For ABC blocks and the apartments send an email to segnalaguasto@operauni.tn.it.
For EF blocks send an email to studentatofcs@operauni.tn.it
For those living in the Mayer, the report should be made through the special app - currently being tested - following the instructions already provided.

All guests living in the facilities of Opera Universitaria receive an email notification when the payment of the rent is due, containing a receipt with the total amount to be paid (notice of payment).
The payment can be made online, choosing between the different methods available, or by presenting the receipt at any bank or at a cash register.

The monthly cost of Opera Universitaria accommodation varies according to the type of user. Students who gain access to the accommodation through the Call for Applications, which is published annually in June, are entitled to pay a reduced monthly fee.
Other categories of students/doctoral students who are not eligible for the call for applications may request an accommodation in Opera Universitaria facilities, paying a higher rate.
There is an additional fee for lecturers, researchers, post-docs, research assistants and scholarship holders with a University grant.
Every contract provides for 360 euros as cautionary deposit and 40 euros for the final check out costs. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the period.
If available, it is possible to ask for a short period staying, for study or research projects. The daily cost is 23 euro for a single room and 20 euros for a twin room.
