The bicycle rental service is reserved for Opera Universitaria guests. It is possible to borrow a bicycle free of charge for the period of time that you are using the accommodation.
The bicycle borrowed free of charge must be returned in perfect condition by the borrower, who, in the event of loss or damage, must reimburse the cost of repair or the full value of the bicycle, which is € 140.00. Maintenance is the responsibility of the user. If the bicycle is stolen, a report must be made (to the Police Headquarters, the Carabinieri or the Trento Municipal Police) and the full value of the bicycle (€ 140.00) must be refunded.
If the bicycle is found in good condition, Opera Universitaria will refund the amount paid. The user will be held directly responsible for any damage to the bike or to third parties caused by improper use of the bike.

The Mediation Office provides ongoing support to guests throughout their stay, in order to create a relaxed atmosphere and peaceful social life in the facilities. The service is based on the principles of inclusion and tolerance, understanding of different models and lifestyles.
Residents of the Opera Universitaria facilities can contact the Mediation Service at any time: mediators will help them with their daily problems, resolve conflicts, provide them with the information they need or direct them to the relevant offices/agencies.
The Mediation Service is in charge of introducing the residents to and providing them with the correct information about community life, the management of the residences and the common good, rubbish collection and the various services offered by the Opera Universitaria.
How to report faults or malfunctions of electrical and plumbing equipment as well as equipment located in Opera Universitaria facilities:
For ABC blocks and the apartments send an email to segnalaguasto@operauni.tn.it.
For EF blocks send an email to studentatofcs@operauni.tn.it
For those living in the Mayer, the report should be made through the special app - currently being tested - following the instructions already provided.
