Green Food Week 2026

On April 16, Risto3, in collaboration with Opera Universitaria, will offer a sustainable menu in all university cafeterias on the occasion of Green Food Week, the national initiative promoted by Foodinsider that encourages reflection on the value of sustainable nutrition.

It is an opportunity to transform an everyday action, such as having a meal, into a conscious choice that can positively impact both the planet and people’s health.

In this context, Opera Universitaria and Risto3 renew their participation with a concrete and widespread initiative: on April 16, a “green” menu will be offered in all university cafeterias, engaging students in a shared experience.
