Sustainable Food Event: Opera Universitaria & Risto3

Opera Universitaria, in collaboration with Risto3, invites all students to join an event dedicated to food sustainability.

The evening, taking place on March 31, will be hosted by Dr. Sara Marcelletti, a biologist and nutritionist. We will explore how to balance a healthy, eco-friendly diet with the busy pace of university life.

  • Location: Tommaso Gar Canteen (Mensa via Tommaso Gar), Trento

Participation and Booking

To participate, you must book your meal exclusively via the Opera App by following these steps:

  1. Select “Prenota il tuo pasto” (Book your meal).
  2. Choose the option “Evento 31/03/2026 Tgar”.
  3. Confirm your selection and add it to the cart.
  4. Complete the process by clicking “Conferma” in the cart.

You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete. Bookings can be canceled at any time through the app (a notification email will follow).

IMPORTANT UPDATE: CANTEEN OPENINGS

Please note a change to our previous announcement: the Tommaso Gar canteen will remain open to everyone, including those not participating in the event.

As a result, the XXIV Maggio canteen will not be opening.
