The Sanbàpolis Theatre is a highly modern and versatile facility located at Via della Malpensada 82, adjacent to the San Bartolameo student residence. The Opera Universitaria di Trento has assigned the management of the S. Chiara Cultural Services Centre to the Opera Universitaria di Trento. The space is suitable for traditional theatrical use, for performances, conferences, and film screenings, with a large movable stage and seating for 240 (expandable to a maximum of 380 with 140 movable seats). It can also be used for events with seating arranged around the stage or for dual use, dividing the space into a front area with or without a stage and a closed area at the rear. The stage is constructed using modular panels positioned at variable heights. The flooring is oak. The entire theatre is lined with sound-absorbing acoustic panels and features a large screen for film screenings. The theatre is equipped with a cloakroom, rehearsal rooms, and dressing rooms, as well as a large underground parking lot with 140 spaces. Access is free of architectural barriers.
