ATTENTION: Minors under 18 are permitted access to the climbing gym only with authorization for minors signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Your first time accessing the gym, you will be required to register; if your email address is already in our records, the system will recognize it and automatically connect it to our records.

Once you have made your reservation, the system will ask you for payment (not for season ticket holders) and will send you an email with a barcode that will allow you to enter the facility without having to stop by reception.

For those who have a badge, the reservation will be loaded onto it.

For new members: if you fall into one of the categories with discounted entry, the discount will not be applied to your first reservation. It will only be applied upon your request and after our staff has verified your entitlement to the reduced rate.
