Welcome to the Transparent Administration section of Opera Universitaria.

This section publishes, grouped according to legal requirements, documents, information, and data regarding the organization of the administration, its activities, and the related implementation methods, as required by Legislative Decree No. 33 of March 14, 2013 – Reorganization of the regulations regarding the obligations of publicity, transparency, and dissemination of information by public administrations, as revised and simplified by href=”https://www.normattiva.it/uri-res/N2Ls?urn:nir:stato:decreto.legislativo:2016-05-25;97!vig=2020-03-27″>Legislative Decree No. 97 of May 25, 2016 “Revision and simplification of the provisions on corruption prevention, disclosure, and transparency, corrective to Law No. 190 of November 6, 2012, and Legislative Decree No. 33 of March 14, 2013, pursuant to Article 7 of Law No. 124 of August 7, 2015, on the reorganization of public administrations.”

The Director of the Institution is responsible for the Procedure.
