WHAT IS IT FOR

The accommodation inspection service allows you to monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of your accommodations.

This service, managed by the Heritage Department, is carried out by Opera Universitaria staff with the assistance of 150-hour students or auxiliary staff from the institution.

HOW IT WORKS

Once a month, the Accommodation Inspection staff perform an “Ordinary Inspection” of each accommodation to verify its order and cleanliness.

If the “Ordinary Inspection” is found to be inadequate, the Accommodation Inspection staff performs an “Extraordinary Inspection” within 7 days of the first inspection.

If the second inspection is also found to be inadequate, the institution will charge the guest for the cleaning costs incurred by the institution to restore the room to its original state.

This type of inspection allows the institution to ensure the proper management and maintenance of its facilities.
