The monthly cost of Opera Universitaria housing varies based on the type of user. Students who access housing through the call for applications, which is published annually in June, are entitled to a reduced monthly fee.
Other categories of students/PhD students not eligible under the call for applications may request to stay in Opera Universitaria facilities, paying a higher rate.
An additional fee is charged for professors, researchers, postdocs, research fellows, and scholarship holders from the University.
All contracts require the payment of a non-interest-bearing security deposit of €360.00, which is returned upon completion of the accommodation assignment, and €40.00 for final check-out expenses.

For short periods related to study and research, if available, beds may be assigned at a daily rate of €23.00 for a single room and €20.00 for a double room.

Payments

All guests living in Opera Universitaria facilities receive an email notification when their rent payment is due, containing a receipt with the total amount due (payment notice).
Payment can be made online, choosing from the various payment methods available, or by presenting the receipt at any bank or lottery point.
