Santa Margherita Residence
La Residenza Santa Margherita, collocata nel centro storico della città, dispone di 14 appartamenti dislocati su due piani, per un totale 50 posti alloggio, di cui 4 per persone con disabilità. Una soluzione architettonica pensata per incardinarsi nella città, mantenendo inalterato il rapporto con Via Santa Margherita e gli edifici che vi si affacciano. Un legame tra dentro e fuori espresso anche dai sette listelli colorati, che identificano i sette appartamenti attraverso le tonalità delle terre ispirate ai colori di Opera Universitaria. Un’opera che unisce bellezza, sostenibilità ed efficientamento energetico.
ACCOMMODATION
The apartments, consisting exclusively of single rooms, are fully furnished with certified materials and finishes.
Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen featuring induction cooktops, while the bedrooms include a bed, wardrobe, nightstand, desk, shelving, and a basic linen set (mattress protector and pillow).
Maximum priority was given to health and sustainability: the custom woodwork uses NAF (No Added Formaldehyde) panels, and all chosen home appliances are high-efficiency models with low or ultra-low energy consumption.
Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property is provided by UniTrento, operating with the same features and credentials as the campus network.
TRANSPORTATION
The residence is situated right in the historic city center.
Its prime location makes it easy to reach all main university sites on foot, while public transit offers convenient access to the hill-based departments.
